The Essentials

  • Wallet, ID, credit card
  • Keys (house + car)
  • Phone + charger
  • AirPods or headphones
  • Book or journal
  • Travel-sized toiletries
  • Minimal makeup or skincare must-haves
  • Comfy change of clothes

For the Vibe

  • Cozy loungewear / robe
  • Slippers or socks you love
  • Face mask or sheet mask
  • Essential oil roller or calming spray
  • Playlist or podcast downloaded
  • Candle or travel diffuser (optional but elite)

For the Reset

  • Something to sip (tea, wine, hydration powder)
  • Eye mask or earplugs
  • A short mantra or intention to write down
  • Mini tripod or phone stand for that solo selfie if you want to capture the moment
  • “Do Not Disturb” mindset fully activated

Optional “Extras” If You Feel It
